Yes, we are still alive!

It has been a very busy past month for us! This is what we have been up to.
I suprisingly didnt have to work Saturday, so Brade took me shooting! This is the first time we have been shooting together and it was so fun! My favorite gun was the 22. I know it isn't as "Manly" as braden would describe, but it doesnt kill my hand every time I pull the trigger!

Braden and his friend made targets at their work with pictures of people on them. You can almost see them in the picture of me shooting.
We went to Las Vegas to check out what my dads office and family had been working on for the past while. They were asked head Extreme Home Makeovers new project. Braden and I laugh because we totally though we could help build the house...haha I dont know why we thought that, we have never built one before! I was still fun to see though.
We spent the weekend in California with my family! We went to Disneyland, California Adventure, and watched Katies dance team perform. They ended up taking first place. She is such a good hip hop dancer!

I gotta say, LA freaked me out. Odd to say because I grew up in Las Vegas! There was so many people everywhere, dressed up in costumes, sometime dressed up scary, and it was dirty. Haha, I have been in Utah for too long.
The classic line of the day was when a lady walked in front of the camera when we were taking a picture with the Joke and Batman. Joker says, "Excuse me woman, could you not see a line of fifteen people taking a picture here."

T-man got eaten by a shark, we sure are going to miss him. :)

My dad has a compulsive churro eating disorder. If he sees a churro stand, he must have two! I don't even know how many he had at Disneyland and Universal Studios combined!

Cooper and Anjuli came into town! And it was the most perfect day for snowboarding!

Last of all, our new favorite date night is the nicklecade. So fun!

Happy New Year!

For New Years we had dinner at Kenny and Jamies house and played some games too. We then went to our house and made pina coladas, daquiries, and margaritas! The boys made some gigantic nachos too! They added some steak, olives, tomatoes, sour cream, and some peppers. They were so good!
Braden's friends love to pretend to be cops when they come over. He unloads everything and lets them wear his holsters.
Happy New Year!

Our First Christmas!

We left for Las Vegas on the 23rd and got to spend Christmas with my family this year!
We saw lots of movies, ate lots of sugar cookies, and I think I drank fifty IBC rootbeers in a five day period! Hey, it only happens once a year right!
My parents got Guitar Hero for the family for Christmas and we love it! We played it all Christmas day. My favorite is the drums, but it is fun to belt out all of the songs with my brothers and sisters too. I wonder if I will ever get "Livin on a Prayer" out of my head!

Mom and Dad did a duet :)

When we were little, my mom and dad would have us sit on the stairs and take a picture before we could round the corner and see all the suprises that were there for us, and it was torture when I was little! Luckily I am a little older and I can handle it now.

We made our traditional sugar cookies! And they were extra cute this year. Anj brought over her cake decorators.................
And this is how they turned out! They're so cute!

We had a great first Christmas!

The Forbush's visit!

It was so fun to have our family come stay at our house! We had so much fun together.
This is what we did...
1. We made a gingerbread house. Braden was the master mind. He got it to finally stand up! Then we just stuck candy to it!

Karena and I tackled the boys in the snow while they were trying to make a snowman. We were so sneaky. And yes, they tackled up back.
We ate dinner all together and then visited Temple Square to see the lights. It was Shara's first time seeing the lights so it was a pretty big deal.
We had so much fun and we just love our Forbush Family!

My family visits Utah!!

My family came all the way to Utah and stayed at me and Bradens house! We camped out all over the place.
We had our Thomas family Christmas party at Aunt Annies house on Saturday.
It was so fun, we even played an embarrsing, but fun game called "Bum Darts"!

This is Presley, my cousin Brandy's baby. She is so dang cute!
And she fell asleep on my lap :)

On Friday, before the Christmas party, we visited Temple Square. We walked around and saw the lights, watched the new Joseph Smith movie, and at The Roof at the top of the Joseph Smith building. It was such a fun day.

Last Christmas when Braden and I were not yet married or even engaged, we took a picture in front of this bush. haha I know, were wierd, but it's out bush.
haha I'm a little embarasses to tell that to people.

I have the best family, I could not ask for more.

Thanksgiving Weekend

We spent Thanksgiving at Braden's Grandparents house in St. George. We chased Karena and Erick down the halls in the basement, ate lots of turkey, watched Christmas movies, roasted tuna fish sandwiches over a campfire, and went antique shopping with the girls! It was such a fun weekend!

A Weekend away

I went to Las Vegas for the weekend and got to see Twilight with my Mom and Sisters!
We even have Edward t-shirts... I know, were pretty much his biggest fans.

Lastly, Bryson stuck T-mans shoe into his boxers and he was stuck!
T-man thought it was hilarious, he asks Bryson to do it often.
